Phone pop-ip interactions don't work

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.84.171.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion packs: Eco lifestyle, discover university, get famous, cats and dogs, city living, get together, get to work Game packs: dream home decorator, realm of magic, parenthood, spa day, outdoor retreat Stuff packs: tiny living, moschino, laundry day, kids room, movie hangout, cool kitchen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have re-installed the game and all the packs twice but the issue still occurs.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims are unable to answer their phones. When they get invited somewhere I'm not able to say yes. My sims can't work from home either. No phone interactions work.
What do you expect to see? I expect the phone and invites work.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have had this issue for quite a while. No pop-up interactions, such as invites, work. Nothing happens whatever I choose. My sims cannot work from home, since selecting the little pop-up thing to work from home doesn't work.

    @IremStone_ 

    Since you're reinstalled the game twice, then my guess is that it is one of your mods or a CC item that prevent the phone from working.  But to make sure, does the phone work in a game without mods and CC?  If it does, then you have something in your mods folder that is blocking it.  So then you'll need to go through your mods and CC to find it.  I suggest you look at any mod that adds phone options and any CC phones you have in your CC first.  If you don't find it, then you'll need to look at the rest of you mods and CC.  I suggest that you use the 50/50 method to narrow down the search.  It will take some time and the more mods and CC that you have, the longer it will take but it is pretty much the only way to find whatever is causing the problem and get your game functioning as it should.
