Pick Up & Move Sims Mod Idea [Or Request?]

Hey! So I was like, looking for a mod for The Sims 4 that would enable you to be able to pick up Sims in build mode and move them like you used to be able to in the previous generation Sims games. I don't think a mod like this exists
I know it's probably very hard to make, but it's just a thought, if anyone even remotely could get something like this to happen, it would be life-changing for a lot of us! :p
