Pixelated clothes

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Steam-PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1222670
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, parenthood, laundry day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the game look at pixilated crate a sim pixilated text
What happens when the bug occurs? The text in sim creation and clothes constomizing is super pixelated
What do you expect to see? Clear text and images
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Latest update

    @Julylilac Please resize your pictures with a any painting/photo program if they are too big.

    For issues like this it's important to have a visual of what you are seeing.

    Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post

    I have sims 4 on a steamdeck. Do you know how to provide those files from a steamdeck?

    @Julylilac I have no idea how steamdeck works. Did it ever work better ? Can you adjust any setttings on steam deck ? Maybe they got changed somehow ?

    I played on the steamdeck about a month ago and the pictures were not pixelated like this since then I have played with the setting both in game and on the steamdeck to try and fix this already.

    @Julylilac Are they just pixalated on the steamdeck or also in the game ?

    If it's just Steamdeck, I can't help unfortunately since I have no idea how it works.

    Maybe someone else can help you with that.
