@GoldenKenno It's not only script mods that can cause UI issues.
First, check that it is a mod issue by doing a vanilla test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
If that works, it's time to either do a 50-50 of your mods or start at the current Broken/Updated list and the very long 1.105 Broken/Updated Mods & CC thread and then 50-50 if you still have the issue after that. I recommend making a test save, not testing on your regular save.
