Please help 😅

Hi hi Sims 4 world!!

I have a query, it's to do with mods. So I've tried to use the simcare mod and applied for benefits, got approved but money isnt coming in? 

I then tried the RPO mod and tried to do a 'Donate baby making material' for $200 (My sim is broke dont judge 😅) and again didn't get the money. The mood thing went to confident because I "gained money" but didn't actually get it?

So my question is, is something blocking this? Or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm going demented 😅
