Please help sims 4 household crashing dxdiag attatched
can someone please help me out my sims 4 game is not loading my household it automatically crashes it was working fine this morning i tried repairing it and updating mods and removing mods still nothing here is my dxdiag report thank you so much
@JessicaGonzales Your dxdiag shows that Razer Synapse is crashing, so it's worth uninstalling and reinstalling it. And it may also help in general to disable Game Mode and Game Bar, both under Windows Settings > Gaming.
For the Sims 4 issue itself, can you load a different household in the same save? What about a new household in a new save? Please test, with no mods or custom content present, and let me know. I'm not saying you need to abandon your main household or delete your save, only that this is useful information.
