please someone help me

my mods/script are working and they show up, but my cc/custom content don't, i've tried everything and they still dont show up, i've done everything, repair game, rename the mods folder, reeinstall the mods and game, and still none of this works out, im desperate

Your CC likely came in a packed format (Rar, zip) and you forgot to unpack them: Or you are not placing them in the correct folder.

@juwuana As there's been a number of cases of folder duplication lately, could you check which folder the game itself is using (instructions at https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/ ), and also screenshot the folder you put the CC in?
