Hello! I am facing a problem when the other sims leave my place, the pop-up message of them saying they are leaving is blank. It still has the icon and the speech bubble, just doesn't have the words in it. I do have script mods but I have checked that everything is up to date, I also tried doing 'repair game' and 'update game' on Origin but it didn't fix the problem. Please let me know how can I fix it! Thanks a lot❤️
Hello, Just because they're up to date does not necessarily mean that they are working well with the latest patch. Do the mod notes state that it's been tested to the latest game patch?
Does this happen when there are no mods installed?
If you aren't having the issue on a "vanilla" game (no mods) then a mod must be an issue.
Slowly add them back in and reload to try and recreate the issue until you find the mod causing the problem. This can be done in chunks to speed up the process. Once you find the chunk that is at fault, keep narrowing it down until you find the one causing it. It may be more than one, but in this instance, it's probably only one.
