Pre-made relationships

Hey guys so I was wondering if there was a way to make pre-made relationships besides family and marriage without having to raise the romance? Is there a mod or cheat for that? For story telling purposes I wanted to have a boyfriend and girlfriend and the girlfriend is madly in love and would do anything for the boyfriend, but the boyfriend is in love with someone else.
