Preferences categories not showing

I've been having issues with the preferences categories not showing up at all. I tried clearing localthumbcache but that didn't work and also tried updating script mods like mccc and more cas columns...

@caramelcheeto Please start at Broken/Updated Mods & CC . Many mods have been updated for CAS UI.

Moved mods folder sims undressed and can’t fix
I had to move my mod folder out because of a corrupted cc. When I moved it back my sims aren’t dressed. The cc furniture is in the game. I have about 130 sims and 17000cc. Truly don’t know what to do...
