Pregnancy category dissapeared

I have only the base game sims 4, no expansions. Haven't played few weeks and when I'm back there was update. The problem is when I click on sim there are only "friendly", "funny", "romance", but no "pregnancy and family" where you can find baby gender, buy something for baby, talk about have baby adopted, change pregnancy prefference. Where to find it.

Sorry if there are mistakes, English is not my first language.

That sounds like a mod.
Updates will automatically turn mods off in game settings, and can break them. I’d check with your mod creator for the most updated version of the mod and make sure you have mods turned back on.
