Pregnant Sim Glitch - Deleting Baby

Hey all, 

I've been having an issue today where my pregnant sim goes to give birth and it glitches her out of her pregnancy and deletes the baby. It was occurring while running several expansions, packs, and mods including Growing Together and the PandaSama Birth Mod so I took that mod out with no resulting change. I then followed with ALL my mods, to no avail. I've gone back into EA and repaired the game but the bug is still happening. I'm now at a loss for what to do. Help?! Thanks!

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    @Tonyastorr The cause in 2023 may not be the cause today. Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
