premade/downloaded gallery sims face not filled in
this is my first time asking a question here so lmk if i'm not in the right place
so i downloaded a pack of premade sims from patron and i put them in the game, but the faces weren't filled in. this is my first time using a downloaded sim so i might have done something wrong, but i used different premade sims from the same person and they worked just fine. its like the faces were there, but it was all dotty and the skin from underneath was showing through it. the dots is everywhere on their body too like up their nose and in their ears and their shoulders and all. i dont know how to fix it please help
(i made all their skin tones underneath blue so its easier to see what im talking about)
