@dianark Do you ahve any files called lastException in your documents folder ? If you have multiple, please delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and see if a new one is created.

I cannot attach the file I am getting this message

"Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

The attachment's lastexception_63783233992.txt content type (text/plain) does not match its file extension and has been removed."
