problem using packs
i have both cats and dogs and the free holiday pack and ever since i installed mods they havent worked.

Don't use the Mods. Mods have to be compatible with the current patch version of the game and all packs you have installed. The creator of the Mods will have more info on compatibility on their site. i un installed my mods and restarted both the game and the laptop, my packs still doesnt work.

How about if you repair the game in Origin and try a new clean game https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/td-p/4612394#M163 it partly works the free pack does but not the cats and dogs

How does C&D not work? Does the game not load any of the pack stuff? Can you see the world? Does it show as installed in EA App/Origin? Its says that ⟟ own and it’s installed in origin but not in the game
