Problem with mods

I deleted all the downloaded stuff and started again but some furniture are trayitem, rmi and room files. Never seen such files before actually. Where i have to put them? Downloads folder? But when i move them there, i don't see any new furniture in game. Custom content & mods, script mods are allowed in the settings and i don't see those files in custom content list too.

Please read the install instructions where you got it.

All the downloads are from The Sims Resource. Everywhere it's said that only lots and sims are in this those formats and all the other content are package files. I'm confused.

@d0risr Any file ending in .package goes into Mods. The other files (.hhi, .trayitem, whatever) go in the Tray folder, but directly within Tray, not in a subfolder.
