hello, I have issues wit my gameplay on The Sims 4, I start the game, everything is fine, but after my sims load, the game freeze and I can't click on objects or sims and even pause the game the sims...

thank you, I fix it, but not with your help, because I tried different save off the game and my sims just started functioning so I guess my save was bugged and I needed it to reupload different save. But thank you for responding!!
