I haven't played the sims in a few months, but do know that pronouns should be a base game update. Yesterday I started my game after a few months and saw that pronouns were not available in my game. I restarted the game, restarted my laptop, checked to see if there were updates (Origin says my game is fully up-to-date), I repaired my game, yet still, I can not use the pronoun update. I know it should be included where you can change the first and last name of your Sim in Create-A-Sim, however, the option is not there for me. I tried changing pronouns of an already existing sim and I tried creating a new sim, but it doesn't show up for either. I attached a screenshot so you can see that I do not have the customization pronoun option in my game. Would be great if you could let me know how to fix it! Thanks in advance!
so the pronounce update does not show in my game and i dont know why that is. the category to "change pronounce " isnt there.
i reinstal the game but it still doesnt show. if someone know how to fix this.

This looks like your currently playing in Dutch- right now, pronouns are only available for English, so that would be why you're not seeing this option in-game.
