Pronoun customization not available in my game

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Nederlands
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except the Werewolves game pack, as well as a few kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure; I haven't seen anyone with this bug yet, but I see it when I go into Create-A-Sim and the Pronoun customization is not there.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I load into my game and open Create-A-Sim, I can not access the pronoun customization panel. I can only change the first and last name of my Sim; the Pronoun customization is not in my game. I have tried restarting the game, restarting my laptop, checked Origin for updates: origin says my game is fully up-to-date. I tried repairing the game, but none of this worked. I tried changing pronouns of already existing sims, as well as a new sim, but I still cannot customize pronouns in my game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the pronoun customization panel right next to the name change panel in Create-A-Sim, but it is not there.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I haven't played the sims 4 in a few months, but I've been keeping up to date on social media, so I know that the pronoun customization basegame update was released. I checked to see if I could change the pronouns of already existing sims, as well as try to make a new sim, but I still cannot customize pronouns in my game for any of my sims, because the panel is not there. It is somehow, for some reason, not available to me, and I do not know how to fix it.

Hey there @Ios1,

This looks like your currently playing in Dutch- right now, pronouns are only available for English, so that would be why you're not seeing this option in-game.

@EA_Solaire I feel forgotten, playing in Swedish. Why don't we have the pronouns option yet? Or at least a timeline for it?

@LadyAriancia Now For Rent is released too and because the pronouns still aren't in the Swedish client the CAS for the new families are broken. The whole name row is non existant =(

Hi @LadyAriancia This sounds like it might be an installation issue. I would suggest posting in one of the Technical Support forums.

@luthienrisingNot an installation issue, only the English client have costume pronouns and no matter how much anyone repairs or reinstalls the problem will continue until other languages get the costume pronouns update too. I stopped being angry at it tho and just accepted that only the English client matters and uninstalled and reinstalled in English. Abandoning my mother language of Swedish because that was my only option, to no longer have broken characters in my game.
