Pronouns not available

Sulsul!

When I went to CAS to add a pronouns to my sim, I realised I do not have the pronouns option... Whenever I click on the name I can only edit their fullname. My game is fully up to date and I have removed all my mods and cc. 

Can someone help me with this issue? Thanks
