I don’t know much about converting meshes, but there’s probably some military outfits for Sims 4 that you can frankenmesh with other outfits to create what you’re looking for. I found some navy uniforms for Sims 2 that you could probably convert, and there are tutorials for doing so. I’m assuming you already know about how clothes and stuff works in Sims 4. I only know about deleting meshes, ahaha.
