Question for those of you who bypass EA culling with MCCC

MCCC has an option to bypass Sims being culled. I have this setting on, but am noticing some serious lag in my game loading time. I manually culled some Sims, and turned that option off, and it seems ...

I don't have no culling off, but any sim I don't want culled I use the flag feature and set them to never be culled. That way I pick and choose those I don't want any chance of culling.
