Question

I have my Eco Footprint Gameplay disabled because the air in my sims town was getting dirty and foggy and i rather just not deal with the Eco stuff. But my sims are still suffering from “gross air” and im not sure why if i disabled the Eco Footprint. Someone lmk if i did something wrong or whats up with that!?
