My sim is married and just had a baby. Her husband was caring for her toddler when the pregnancy notification came up. She had not woo whoed since she was pregnant and has not tried for a baby since when she got pregnant with her child. Is this a thing with eco life: I just got the pack and this has never happened to me before
@Nugett2024 Do you have any Mods/CC? If so it's possible a conflict has arisen. You can try the Mods/CC troubleshooting process as follows, but I'm not sure that this will have any affect on the current pregnancy, so it may only be possible to confirm by seeing if the issue re-occurs in the future... so I'm not sure how useful this will be to you at this point?
Try moving the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can test without saving in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue, then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.
How to run a game repair: • Open Origin, click ‘Game Library’ then right-click Sims 4 > Repair Game • Let it run until it has completed all repairs. It will do the base game first, then run through each of your DLCs (Expansion Packs, Game Packs, Stuff Packs and Kits).
I was chatting with other helpers who wondered if it could have any connection with the new 'neighborhood stories'. Did your sim get any phone call from any neighbor or NPC sim about pregnancy, expanding family, or is there any romance/flirting going on with others that you know of with this sim?
