when I turn on a mod, suddenly when I pause the game the buttons have some widened half image of the plumbob. is someone else having this bug??

I HAVE THIS TOO WITH THE MORE COLUMS MOD. I deleted the mod but when I’d click on stuff the green thingy would disappear
