so the buttons are not there and also it won't let me play.

qvq7eeok4hgh Broken UI generally means that you have at least one mod that needs updating for the current patch. You'll find the lists for patch 1.118 in the current pinned Broken and Updated Mods and CC thread. You might also find the section in How to Use Mods and CC about managing mods when the game updates helpful.
