@kimmy969 That means something in your old Sims 4 folder is the problem. Move the old folder again and generate another new one for testing purposes. If you use mods or custom content, start here:

You'll need to test everything not covered there yourself. Once you've done that, you can transfer the contents of saves, Tray (saved households and builds), Screenshots and Recorded Videos if you care about those, plus the UserSetting.ini file for the login rewards. The rest can be discarded.
