Considering that your aspiration and trait panel is also bugged, it’s clear that this is an issue with your mods. 

you will need to delete the conflicting mod to solve the issue. To work out which one that is, take them all out, and slowly add more in each time. It’s a long and tedious process, but that’s just how it goes. 

Usually all game changing mods (more cas columns) and script mods are responsible for issues like this. (Not cc) 

when you do find the mod causing this issue, you will need to see if the creator has updated it and redownload it if you still want to use it.
