@kris_blurryface9 Could you please try a clean folder?

• Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
• Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
• Test in a "New" game.
• If that's working, exit and copy the contents of your old Saves, Tray, Screenshots, and Videos folders into the new folders. (Don't just copy the folder itself.)
• Test in your regular save, but if you normally use mods/CC, exit without saving.
• If that's working, you can copy the mod and CC files (but not the whole folder or the resource.cfg file) into the new Mods folder and test again.
