I had the same issue. I cleaned my folder, updated my mods, deleted broken cc. What I did is switch to directx11 again instead being on directx9 and it solved my problem. If u are still on directx9, u should try to switch to directx11. Also, recommend to clean ur folder, update ur mods (if there is an updated version) and delete broken cc.

Also, recommend Better Exception mod by TwistedMexi - can detect broken cc, conflicts between packages and also if a scripted mod need an update. When u enter ur household it will warn u if u have any issue what i told before.

I didn't have Off the grid lot challenge, so I recommend to try switch back to directx11, It solved my problem with infinite loading screen.

@Simikka24 If switching from DX11 fixed it, the off-the-grid trait wasn't your problem. You likely have CC that needs updating for DX11. A batch fix is available in Sims 4 Studio. The Broken/Updated Mods &amp; CC list also list several creators' CC that's been updated since 1.109 for DX11 compatibity.
