How about if you place foundation in front of the arch and then place the steps? From the screenshot it looks like you've pulled out the top step to meet the arch. Did you also place the arch using MOO?

    I managed to load up my game and test and had no problems with this arch. Tested with a foundation in front of the stairs and elongated stairs:

    If you're still having issues could you upload the house to the gallery so I can download and test in my game?
