@MisfitBec The shift to DX11 means that there are changes you need to make to your Gshade installation. You can get support with using Gshade software on Gshade support sites.

To fix this you need to uninstall GShade and reinstall it. and on installation make sure you click Direct 11 not Direct 9
- @MisfitBec I did this, but I'm still not able to open it in the Sims. Any ideas?
I have the same issue and I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still isn't working. And I clicked Direct 11. Please help.
What changes do I need to do? I can't find help anywhere on the gshade website.
@McKenna1014 @Melsku07 For how to correctly reupdate your Gshade installation, please head to a Gshade support place. (Similar to when a specific mod is working but your installation isn't, the creator is the best place for support. All the more so since Gshade is program software, not a mod.)
