@Jarelcoco12 I remember a number of mods prevented the HR content from loading properly back when the expansion was released. Hopefully you've updated your mods since then, but perhaps you missed something. Use the 50/50 method to figure out which file or files are the problem:

If you download whole mods folders from other sources, you could easily have a second copy of a given mod, one that you didn't catch when you updated the first copy. But even aside from that, a mod may be outdated without having appeared to cause any problems until now, so check everything at least once.

@Jarelcoco12 Thanks for the screenshot, which shows that Horse Ranch is in fact installed correctly. Please now go to ea.com, sign in, click Account Settings > Order History, and find the purchase of HR on the list. Let me know its status: Completed, Processing, or Failed.

@puzzlezaddictIt says it's completed. Is my issue around this because my platform didn't install the pack into the game correctly and I would have to repair the game?

@Jarelcoco12 Please delete the three EP14 folders in your screenshot. Clear the EA App's cache:

Restart your computer, and download the pack again.

Please test in a new save with no mods or custom content present.

If HR still doesn't appear in-game, let me know, and I'll flag your post to someone from EA in case there's an account-side issue.

I checked by now, but I realized it only shows HR in the pack lists and worlds without CC/mods but doesn't show with CC/mods (I have mods like TOOL that edit things for my game). Is there anything I could do about it?

@puzzlezaddict Thank you! I just finished the 50/50 method and realized it was just one particular mod was causing it (it was outdated lol). That resolved my issue and HR is now all in my game! :DDD
