That cheat should work to let you change the body shape. So the issue may be when you enter the cheat. In my experience, that cheat needs to be activated before you go into CAS, like at the map screen or in live mode if you go to CAS from a lot. It doesn't seem to work if you are in CAS then enter the cheat.
