@leeann4557 One by one testing misses testing any mod that requires another mod for it to work. You need to use this method, including the part about dependencies: 50-50 .

figured it out i had to go in the game settings and check directx9
@leeann4557 Your issue may be CC that needs updating for DX11. There's a batch fix in Sims 4 Studio for that.
