Re: [MOD RELATED] Age days amount not changing when changing life span

I have my sims set to long lifespan and they are aging up quicker than they should. I made a new game and it said my sim would age up in 22 days. I had not even played yet. I don’t know how to fix this bug. I have been playing with aging turned off just so I can play in the meantime but this is ruining the game. I think it’s been happening ever since the last release. How can I fix this? Is this bug happening to anyone else and is it being worked on?

@Jackieromano age spans were changed and you receive a random number of days when you create a new thread (has been like this for a while now).

    Is this a new save/sim ?
  • It happens on my current save as well as when I try to create a new one.

There's a known MCCC issue where even if you have your gamplay settings sent to long, you end up with normal lifespan. Deaderpool is aware and is working on it and it will (hopefully) be fixed in the next MCCC update.

In the meantime, the Deaderpool support Discord recommends setting the long lifespan values to be "normal" in MCCC settings (through clicking on a computer).

Thank you! I do use MCCC and I had no idea about this issue so thank you for filling me in! I will try the settings you suggested and let you know if that helps.
