I had the same problem, so i tested my Mods Folder and after removing
my game works again!

Thanks @Parthenia_Galen ! Did that Sammi skinblend cause the problem on it's own too, without the eyelash mods? (Also, check Broken/Updated Mods for an update by another creator of the Cien mod!)
Had the exact same issues, removing epp-noEAeyelashesUPDATE worked. Thank you so much! That was scary as heck.
