I have folder refreshed
repaired
50/50
took saves out
put saves back in
tested vanilla again
nothing will get rid of this bug someone please help!!!

Same issue. I tried repairing, took forever, no joy.
Not the best solution but this worked:
Launched game.
Loaded up my save.
Saved my household and lot.
Closed the game.
Removed my saves.
I have premade saves filled with lots but never played so I took a base copy and put it in my save folder. I'm assuming starting a new game would do the trick though.
Placed my lot where it was.
Pulled my family up.
Freerealestate on
Placed the family.
Issue resolved.
- @bootlegsims Do you have anything else in your saves folder then the actual save games ? When you started a new save, that worked ?
