@clazzily Does this happen too if you remove your mods ? You might need to reload a save from before the birth started.

To be fair, births have been super glitchy lately, hospital births the mom scoots off the surgical table between the doc's legs, at home I recently had a sim go from 2 hours left til birth to no time listed at all (i.e. no countdown, not even 0 as the normal protocol), but I finally got a bassinet? I'm not sure exactly what's going on with births at this point.
Hi, I know its been years but I'm having a similar experience, except that when my sim gave birth, the baby disappears. Like, completely physically not in the game but the baby is shown in my sims mood ??
Idk how to explain it. The newborn is in the lower screen shown, but not in the game itself.
