@zoeeeee1 Have you already updated your mods after the latest update? An outdated UI mod could be the reason for this issue.

Do you know what ui mod was causing it to do that?
@FnafGeek101 No UI mod should be able to change Sims names. What's currently doing it (after Patch 1.108) is, oddly enough, almost certainly broken custom preference category mods (and larger mods that include custom preference categories).
