BTW, I tried to make a new game (with the mods and CC turned off and the Mods folder on my desktop) and still ran into the same problem, my single sims won't do the things I've mentioned.
- @yhuntresse I tested your save and tried the one curious brother that already has a romantic relationship.
I didn't get the interactions at first but after doing a few romantic interactions it appeared. Maybe the relationship you have is just not high enough ?
Did you see it with maxed out relationship ? When I played with Wonder woman, my love and friendship is half-full with Buzz Grunt and I still can't kiss, woohoo or make him a boyfriend. I'll try with an even fuller meter with the Curious brothers and her and see if that helps after I get back home from work. Thanks for looking at my save.
- @yhuntresse You might need to remove all your cc too to make sure that's not causing issues

I took your advice and tried to do more romantic options and the woohoo, kiss and boyfriend options appeared. I guess I was just being impatient.
