So far as I'm aware, 'Reveal Crush' is just an option to gain/lose romance with someone, it doesn't actually get them to become your significant other. To get someone to become your SO, you need to choose the romance option 'Ask to be boyfriend/girlfriend'.

    Ohhhh ok i was not aware of that, thank you, but 'ask to be girlfriend/boyfriend' doesnt pop up either
