I just updated my game and suddenly I can’t play my households. It just reloads me back onto the residential world screen instead of loading me into my house. Anyone else having this problem?

I can play the households when I disable the mods but as soon as I enable them again, the same issue happens.
Yep got that issue myself worked fine before the update but now nope canny play households or build it's just one thing after the other

You guys, for me it was the MOD called Pose Alignment Interactions 1.2.1, RPO by Lumpinou and Ageless Birthdays mod.

For me, I removed all mods and re downloaded my mcc mod. Then repaired the game and it works. Unfortunately that seems to be the only one working right now. When I check other sites it says they are working on fixing the mods to work with the new update.
me too, i just updated my game the other night. I thought it was one of my mods :(
guys i think it actually is mods - I removed my mods folder outside of the EA Sims 4 folder and it worked normal. If you don't have mods I'm not sure what the issue is but this worked for me. although a bit annoying, I at least got game play back
Steps I took:
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache. package (found in the main sims 4 folder). Then test the game in a new save. If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC.
I didn't do the last step yet because cba to find out which one broke it
It's up to them to fix this. Script mods are very important in my game. I don't want to play without them.
its been like 2 days ugh i dont think theyre gonna fix this. ive messaged them on basically every platform its like they're in a coma. they need to wake up ... updating the game for just little skin details
