Re: [Patch 1.117 on] When Loading ANY Household, Returns to World Select Screen

Every single time I try to lode up a save in live mode it loads me into the world select menu. I legitimately can not ply the game no mater what I do, I can fully lode into build mode from world select but when I try to play in live mode it just lodes me back to world select cut I can still hear the world sounds. the game music, sims speaking, etc. but my screen is just frozen on world select. I do play with mods but I have gone through them and none seem to be the issue. I genuinely have no idea what to do :(

The August 2025 patch (1.117) broke many, many script mods, with this being the symptom, and these are still the ones most likely to be your problem. Use the Previously Broken mods and CC for many (not all!) mods that have no updates. Use “Updated” in the Broken/Updated Mods list for patch 1.117 as a second starting point, but note many were updated for patch 1.118 and/or are not yet cleared in the current list (for links, see Mod & CC Issues: START HERE).
