@zulumich well, there's no issue with clicking the pizza deliverer to take a pizza, it's just that afterwards they become unclickable to tell them to go away. They eventually will leave on their own after a while.

In your case, it sounds like a build issue where the porch/stair to the door just isn't big enough to accept the pizza. There needs to be enough space for the pizza deliverer to stand in front of a sim and hand them a pizza, so around 2 tiles of space at least.
