@MrsZemo Have you gone through the rest of the exception report to see if it flags a mod that was active at the time? That roommate issue might or might not be mod-related.

If you have a last exception text file in Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, you can upload that here. You can also put that BE report in a compressed folder (rar works here) and upload it, or upload it to a filesharing site and DM me a link.

Also, what was happening in the game when this was produced? And are your mods up to date as far as you've checked? Broken/Updated Mods (I'll have more updates there later today, but I'm 99.99% sure none so far would touch the roommate system)

I've been having this problem for months. How did u fix it? I can't go to the help discord bc I have DLC 

KaylaMare67​ If you mean by "DLC" that you have Sims add-ons, that's normal and does not affect Discord use. If you mean you used an "unlocker" to access packs you don't actually own, that's your problem and you can't get support anywhere.
