@CrystalMystique whims were replaced by want and fears quite a few updates ago. So I'm sorry, but the new 'bubbles' are now wants, not whims ;-)

i have the same issue, no bubbles whatsoever. it doesnt show any wants/whims, only fears in the trait section. ive "repaired" my game, uninstalled mods, tried a different save, and disabled then enabled wants and fears and they still arent back. what else can i do?
