If your Sim is a Spellcaster then look under curses.

I found the solution after making this thread. I had to follow this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dr5ev3XK5V0
Instead of choosing "Add traits" I selected "Remove traits" and the clumsy trait was there and has been removed.
