You would probably be better off asking at the S4S site.  That said, I'll try to help you.

Which version are you trying to install?  Installer or the zip?

I always use the zip version and install manually.  I just updated S4S a couple of weeks ago without any problem.

So, try the using the zip version if you've been using the installer version.  All you need is a compressed file program like Winzip or Winrar.  They are free.  Just google to find one.
