@kayej11 I've never seen it say Local Build instead of a version number. Something is off there. I would try resetting the user folder and then do a game repair.

Hey, I just registered to ask this but how can someone reset the user folder and do a game repair? Like where do we find these stuff? I'm completely clueless. I just deleted some cache and reshade files and the sims delivery disappeared from my game.
@MoonsReflection To repair the game, open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
Resetting the user folder means moving the Sims 4 user folder in Documents > Electronic Arts to another location or just renaming it. Either way, the game won't be able to use that folder and will generate a new one with no content. You can add your saves and other existing content to that folder later, but the first step is to see whether the problem is gone in the new Sims 4 folder.
Sims Delivery content is stored in the Content folder inside the Sims 4 user folder. So if you deleted that folder, or reset the user folder, the SDX content would be removed too.
